As a **Sales Specialist**, you will play a vital part in propelling our business forward Your duties will involve expanding our customer base, enhancing brand recognition, and contributing to our overall sales and marketing strategy.

**Sales Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Introduce product/service to potential customers, tailor packages to fit their needs, and complete sales
- Advertise and sell products/services to both new and existing clients
- Meet sales targets and quotas
- Accurately process sales orders using Salesforce
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to client acquisition
- Create presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Deliver sales presentations to new and current customers
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes
- Supervise sales staff activities, including lead management, scheduling, and daily meetings
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments to remain competitive

**Sales Specialist Requirements**:

- Business, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations degree is preferred
- Proven sales skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Must be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment where individual actions impact overall company growth and success
- Demonstrated leadership in sales initiatives required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills essential
- Sales experience preferred but not required (1-3 years)
- Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M3B 1Z4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
