As the **Office Assistant** you will work as a front-line ambassador welcoming our members and their guests with a high standard of service delivery. You are a resourceful, organized and positive individual who will assist with the flow of information through the office. This is a seasonal position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, high quality customer service to Members, Guests, Staff and Volunteers
- Provide support to the office, accounting and membership administrators
- Provide reception service for the club
- Perform administrative duties such as printing, photocopying, filing
- Prepare and distribute membership badges for yearly pick up
- Answer questions about the club, social happenings, events and on-hill activities

**Skills and Attributes**
- Comfortable using:

- Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Zoom
- Proficient communications skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively and exercise good judgement with all levels of the organization

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
