We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant**to support our Senior Leadership Team. If you love solving problems before they arise, juggling priorities with ease, and being that go-to person, everyone relies on, this could be your perfect fit.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action—coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and keeping our operations flowing seamlessly. You’ll bring initiative, professionalism, and a healthy dose of enthusiasm to everything you do.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Administrative Support**_
- Be the friendly voice and first point of contact—answering calls, routing messages, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Keep our inboxes and mail organized and moving.
- Attend key meetings to take clear, concise minutes and follow up on action items.
- Manage office supplies and maintenance so everything runs like clockwork.
- Coordinate team events, training sessions, and company celebrations (yes, you’ll help plan the fun stuff too).
- Support special projects and research assignments with a keen eye for detail.
- Arrange travel for executives—flights, hotels, cars, the works.
- Keep calendars organized and meetings on track.

- Manage complex calendars and travel plans for our leadership team.
- Coordinate every aspect of business travel—from flights to dinner reservations—with precision.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations that make us shine.
- Anticipate needs, handle confidential matters with discretion, and ensure the team can focus on leading the business.
- Take on special projects that align with the Senior Leadership Team’s priorities—no two days will be the same
**What You Bring**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative professional.
- Stellar organizational skills and the ability to stay one step ahead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professionalism, discretion, and a calm approach—even when things get busy.
- A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to pivot when priorities shift (because they sometimes do).

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
