**Permanent, Full-Time**

**Reporting To**:Mark Crawford, Director, Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
**Schedule A-Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Assist in execution of the sales strategy as set by the Director of Sales & Marketing and in association with the sales team.
- Manage the organization’s event software system (Ungerboeck or UB) for the sales and marketing team.
- Support the team of Account Directors where and when required through the customer lead process, including preparing proposals and contracts.
- Manage and distribute incoming enquiries and communicate with clients.
- Organize and coordinate FAM’s, site inspections and other client-facing sales activities on behalf of the team.
- Purchasing and maintaining an inventory of client giveaways and sales assets (i.e., banners, collateral)
- Administrative support for DOSM
- Create and update scheduled and ad-hoc reports using the event software system (UB).
- Prepare and send monthly reports to Board of Directors and other external stakeholders.
- Provide financial information to finance team on behalf of sales team (i.e., expense reports, purchase orders, invoices etc.)
- Fulfilling other duties as may be assigned by the DOSM.
- Manage sales role for incoming inquiries for Theatre-only customers
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Attributes**:
- Minimum two years’ experience as sales coordinator or other administrative position.
- Knowledge of business letter writing and complex report preparation.
- High level of proficiency with current business technology especially Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Knowledge and experience with event software systems
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to focus on short and long-term results.
- Ability to work independently in a busy corporate environment.
- Attention to detail is always essential to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
- Time management is essential including the ability to handle several things at any one time and re-evaluate priorities.
- Ability to flexibly support a 24/7 organization.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Superior English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
