Niagara Falls, Canada Rite-Way Fencing (2000) Inc. Full time

Rite-Way Fencing is an established fencing company in Niagara Falls, Ontario, focusing on mainly commercial, industrial, and high security fencing projects in the Southwest Ontario region. We are seeking an Estimator/Project Coordinator to assist sales staff in bid preparation, takeoffs, and all aspects of project execution. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Recording and comparing bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors, completing timely take-offs and supplying to Branch Manager/Salesmen for pricing
- Preparing changes to costs estimates when customers change their plans, or when the availability of materials or labour changes
- Visiting job sites and analyzing drawings
- Submitting bids electronically through various bidding websites
- Assisting in invoicing and progress billing
- Attending pre-bid meetings
- Assisting Sales with shop drawing creation, project submittals, safety documents, and other items pertaining to project start-ups
- Coordinating with General Contractors schedule based on crew availability
- Ensuring invoices in accounts receivable are received timely
- Tracking vehicle maintenance and other mid-level administrative duties
- Keeping up to date tool lists and employee training certifications
- Following up on submitted bids and quotes
- Answering calls from potential customers
- Assisting in counter sales for walk-in customers
- Assisting with inventory management
- Coordinating with weld-shop to ensure gates are completed accurately and on-time

A diploma in technical engineering is considered an asset.

Must have valid Class G license with clean record as you will be given access to a work truck during working hours for any pre-bid meetings/site meetings which need to be attended.

Wage is $23-$28/hour dependant on qualifications.

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
