**Accountabilities**

Responsibilities of the Digital Team Coordinator will include but not limited to:

- Establish and maintain professional relationship with sales and service team members.
- Monitor team-work queues to ensure sales and service targets are met.
- Ensure reporting best practices are followed.
- Manage and control cross-sell campaigns and opportunities.
- Provide coaching and motivation to team.
- Conduct meaningful 1-2-1 sessions with team members to improve individual productivity.
- Audit work and performance and make recommendations for training or learning.
- Available to assist with client service demands.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.

**Skills & Experience You Bring**
- RIBO License required (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario)
- 1-2 years experience in leadership in any capacity
- Industry knowledge.
- Efficient computer skills with ability to navigate multiple screens and system platforms.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self
- motivated and resourceful with a desire to learn new systems and processes.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
