Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong focus on digital marketing initiatives, e-commerce, and product management. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to enhance our online presence and optimize marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and e-commerce channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google AdWords to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and product management initiatives.
- Create engaging content for our website using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are followed to enhance visibility.
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite to support promotional activities.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, analyzing results to improve future outreach efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve our strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including e-commerce, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WordPress, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent research skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
