Our nonprofit client, based in downtown Calgary, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. If you enjoy accounting and supporting the community, don't wait, hiring is underway

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience working in Accounts Receivable.
- Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Accounting would be highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate-level MS Office skills are required; previous experience with MS Dynamics would be considered a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills are needed to reach out to vendors and collect outstanding accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling vendors/ clients to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Receiving, sorting, and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting with monthly reporting.
- Process rent collections.
- Facilitate petty cash and credit card payment requests and document them in the system.
- Prepare and mail out monthly statements.
- Tracking and monitoring payments.
- Other responsibilities as required.
