**Role Overview**:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a crucial role in our Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely management of receivables and contributing to our financial health. Reporting to the Controller, this position involves a range of responsibilities from posting transactions to managing collections, all while upholding our key principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Quickbooks Online (QBO) Accounts Receivable postings, including contract, deposit, and revenue recognition.
- Assist with LaunchLife Receivable entries and ensure accuracy between LaunchLife and QBO.
- Update and review AR spreadsheets and send out weekly AR statements.
- Handle final AR collection notices and send accounts to collections as needed.
- Process withdrawals, cancellations, and tuition refunds, informing the Controller of payments.
- Communicate any AR issues to the SFP Team Lead and Controller and consolidate statements from collections.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as a result, contributing to the team's success.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in accounting.
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Experience with QBO is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
