**Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk** to manage financial transactions and AR processes for our network of dental clinics. This role is based in a **centralized office** and plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, reconciling transactions, and ensuring timely collections.

**Duties**
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and promptly.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Conduct accurate **data entry** and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with dental office teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, for data entry and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (**required**)
- Proven experience in **accounts receivable**, preferably in a **dental or healthcare setting**:

- Familiarity with dental billing software (e.g., **Dentrix, AbelDent, Tracker**) is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/data entry tools
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a centralized team
