We’re now seeking a number of friendly, focused, service-oriented Representatives to come work with customers of some of the global brands that we support. These positions are based at our **brand new offices at Market Square** (2109 Ottawa Street in Windsor), convenient to the Ottawa 4, Walkerville 8 and Central 3 bus lines.

**Qualifications**
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The ability to learn quickly, to thrive under pressure and to be flexible in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, accountable and goal oriented
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
