**Position Summary**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team in Windsor. The CSR will play a key role in supporting our producers and servicing our valued clients with excellence and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide policy information, process changes, and issue documentation
- Follow up on renewals, outstanding documents, and customer requests
- Work closely with brokers to ensure accurate and timely service
- Maintain up-to-date client files in our management system
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate brokers

**Qualifications**:

- RIBO license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems (e.g., SIG, Power Broker) is an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
