**Summary**
We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction by managing client relationships and providing exceptional support. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet our clients' needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding and support initiatives.
- Provide training and support to clients on IT solutions offered by the company.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic project management skills are an asset but not required.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
Pay: $22.66-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
