The Project Coordinator supports the seamless execution of construction projects by managing project documentation, schedules, and communication. They act as a central point of coordination between the field teams, clients, and internal departments to facilitate delivery of projects that align with NuFrame’s standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Additionally, the Project Coordinator serves as the point of contact for all NuFrame Group companies to work collaboratively on the same project and to present a unified front to the client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Documentation:_
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project files, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and document project milestones and progress.
- Schedule Management:_
- Assist in the updating of project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager, General Superintendent, and field teams.
- Monitor critical path activities and notify the project team of potential delays or issues.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear and timely communication.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and schedule updates internally.
- Respond to project-related inquiries and provide updates to management as needed.
- Safety and Compliance:_
- Coordinate with the Safety Manager to ensure project compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in maintaining and distributing safety documentation.
- Support the implementation of site-specific safety plans and audits.
- Tasks:_
- Review and distribute project schedules, ensuring alignment with field operations.
- Maintain a detailed log of RFIs, instructions, submittals, and other project documents.
- Support the project team in managing change orders and other adjustments.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager, Project Manager, and NuFrame Concrete team to address project challenges.
- Qualifications:_
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word is required.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other project management software is an asset.
- Project management-related education is an asset but not required.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
