Westside Pest Control is currently hiring for the position of Client Service Coordinator

**This position has set hours of 4 shifts, Wednesday to Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm.**

Training for the first 4 to 6 week requires Monday - Friday availability.

**The wage is $23/hour PLUS approx $2-$5/hr commission**

Job Responsibilities:

- Field inquiries to determine pest issues, advise clients of recommended treatments & schedule service visits;
- Optimize the technicians’ routes to reduce drive time;
- Additional administrative tasks & data entry

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in an office setting with customer service & administrative role;
- Effective self-directed work style with the ability to work with mínimal supervision in a remote position;
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time and tasks;
- Geographical knowledge of the Lower Mainland;
- Strong customer service skills including a professional communication style, and ability to maintain a positive attitude with an empathetic approach;
- High attention to detail;
- Adaptable to change in a high volume environment;
- Very strong computer skills;
- Fluent in English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Encrypted, reliable, high speed internet hard wired into provided computer;
- Must have a private home office space with no interruptions during scheduled hours.
