Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Brampton, Canada BK Tax & Accounting Services Inc. Full time

2 or more years of experience with accounting programs such as Quickbooks and Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Knowledge and experience of payroll, preparing GST/HST returns, WSIB remittances, and creating T1 & T2 returns.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to input data accurately

Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong oral communication skills are important.
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge on Quick books, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- is great with people and has excellent customer service skills
- is organized, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday with an occasional weekend when needed

Preferred but not required:

- Post-secondary education in bookkeeping, finance or business
