Bramalea Tire is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper / Office

Administrator to join our growing team. This role is primarily responsible for managing

day-to-day financial transactions and administrative tasks while supporting the smooth

responsibilities, and is comfortable supporting multiple departments as business needs

evolve.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Finance**:

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AR/AP, journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
- Process customer and vendor payments, deposits, and credit card transactions
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closing
- Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate collections professionally
- Prepare and remit government filings (HST, WSIB, payroll source deductions, etc.)

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices, statements, and receipts
- Support inventory and purchasing processes with accurate data entry and reporting
- Provide occasional support to the showroom and service departments, as needed
- Assist management with administrative projects and reporting

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- As part of our team-based environment, you may occasionally be asked to support other departments or duties outside the immediate scope of this role.
- Flexibility and a team-first mindset are essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset
- Previous experience in a retail, automotive, or service business is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- No expired visas or criminal record
- Must be punctual, professional, and accountable
- Must be free from drug or alcohol dependency
