As a Content Specialist, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and enhances our brand presence. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create a variety of content types that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and integrate keywords strategically.
- ** Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that support business goals and target audience needs.
- ** Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and innovation.
- ** Editorial Calendar**: Manage and maintain the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content across various channels.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Track content performance using analytics tools, evaluate metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with graphic designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and message.
- ** Content Management**: Oversee content updates and maintenance on the websites and other digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: College or university degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- ** Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
