**Company Introduction**

56 BELOW LTD. started in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. The name of the company comes from the lowest recorded temperature in history in Whitehorse. Headquartered in Calgary, we started out as a grass-root media company, where our team of professional photographers, editors, producers, anchors, camera operators, scriptwriters, and marketing and advertising specialists take a personal approach to promoting our love for Canada’s beauty and values through our social media platforms. Since then, we have grown to be one of the most recognizable names in the community and expanded our scope to offer immigration services.

**Job duties**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of our website and social media platforms.
- Develop, create, and manage original content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos that align with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics, monitor and optimize content performance, and provide regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, ensure our content remains fresh and relevant, and propose innovative content ideas and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the company management and marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and optimal engagement times.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials.

**Job requirements：**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using social media, such as YouTube, Meta, WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (both oral and written).
