The role is based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.What you’ll work onLead Content Audits: drive regular content audits to identify gaps, remove outdated content, and ensure the content library is accurate, on-brand, and effective.Drive Content Governance & Process: develop and socialize our content strategy processes. Be the go-to expert for content creation, approval, and publishing workflows, ensuring best practices are followed.Manage Our Content Hub: configure and manage the digital asset management platform with sales enablement and other teams to serve as the single source of truth for all employees.Enable Cross-Functional Teams: collaborate with product marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure they have the assets they need and understand how to use content systems.Implement and Standardize: assist in the implementation of new content tools and technologies, ensuring smooth integration and adoption across the organization.What you may have3-5 years of experience in content operations, content marketing, or a related role.Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and governance best practices.Demonstrated interest in using AI to improve craft.Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for identifying process gaps and inconsistencies.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Bonus points if you haveExperience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and sales enablement/DAM platforms (e.g., Seismic).Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.A passion for building efficient systems and improving processes.Experience with AI and machine learning applications in content strategy or operations, including building or implementing AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale.What you will find hereCompensation is a key part of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. Salary bands may differ by location and currency. Benefits may differ by location.We aim to hire within the minimum to midpoint of the full salary range; the midpoint may be reserved for high performers. Final offer depends on experience and skillset.
