- Manage the pastry team and oversee daily production schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the pastry section.
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to pair desserts with the overall menu.
- Maintain inventory and manage costs effectively.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Desert / Pastry Chef in a fine dining environment.
- Expertise in advanced pastry techniques and presentation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both preparation and presentation.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- A passion for baking and creating innovative dessert options that enhance the dining experience.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
