We're a growing Asian-European fusion bakery and café known for our matcha pastries and modern desserts. We’re expanding soon and looking for a passionate Dessert Chef to grow with us.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create, test, and refine desserts that align with Barburu’s aesthetic and flavor standards
- Work closely with our baking team to maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assist with production planning and inventory management
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
- Contribute ideas for new products and seasonal menu development

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in pastry or dessert production (professional or self-taught welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Reliability, good work ethic, and ability to work efficiently in a team
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement

**Compensation**

Pay isnegotiableand based on skill, creativity, and work ethic. Growth opportunities available as we expand into new locations.
