**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics/Supply Chain Assistance to support our supply chain team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for all shipments—an essential function in global dairy trade.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and manage all shipping and trade-related documentation, including: Commercial invoices, Packing lists, Bills of lading, Certificates of origin, Health and veterinary certificates, Letter of credit documentation, & Documentary collections.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders to ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with destination country regulations.
- Submit and track document approvals from relevant authorities (e.g., Chambers of Commerce, health authorities, customs).
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system of all shipment-related documents.
- Track shipments and proactively provide updates or resolve document-related issues that may delay customs clearance.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding required documentation and timelines.
- Ensure timely document dispatch to customers, banks, or third parties according to contractual terms..
- Support the logistics and supply chain team with administrative tasks and process improvements as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trading environment preferred.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures is a plus
- Understanding of supply chain operations, transportation, warehousing, and customs regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
