Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze supply chain data such as demand forecasts, inventory levels, lead times, and fulfillment rates. Prepare regular reports and dashboards highlighting trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Support the creation of demand forecasts using historical data and market trends. Inventory & Demand Planning Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory. Assist in developing inventory replenishment plans to meet service‑level targets. Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities. Procurement Support Assist with supplier research, quotation gathering, and purchase order preparation. Track order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. Help evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier databases. Logistics & Operations Coordination Support coordination of shipments, carriers, customs documentation, and logistics timelines. Monitor shipment delays, discrepancies, or issues and assist in resolving them. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of goods. Process Improvement Assist in analyzing and optimizing processes across procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Help identify inefficiencies and propose data‑backed solutions. Support implementation of new tools, systems, or workflows. Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or supply chain software is an asset. Ability to interpret data, build reports, and communicate insights. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast‑paced environments. Ideal Candidate Traits Organized, curious, and comfortable working with numbers and data. Proactive with a process‑improvement mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
