Reporting to Production & Purchasing Manager, the Supply Chain & Purchasing Associate supports day-to-day supply chain operations, including inventory monitoring, replenishment, purchasing, and financial documentation.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Review service stock locations daily to ensure high-demand parts are available.
  • Replenish stock as needed by transferring from NRT Las Vegas, Toronto, or Burroughs Parts Repair Depot.
  • Enter and process all parts requests in Flash Global and NRT BlueLink systems.
  • Review three (3) Corporate Amex and one (1) Corporate Visa statements to confirm all transactions have supporting POs or backup documentation.
  • Assist with minor purchase entries as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP or logistics systems (Flash Global, BlueLink).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
