Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Analyst Property Management & Lease Admin. This role is based out of our office in Stellarton & Dartmouth, NS

**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:
**As an Analyst Property Management & Lease Admin with Sobeys, you will**:

- Supporting the stores by creating and managing Property Management related issues using Verisae while maintaining lease compliance
- Review and interpret lease agreements to determine responsibility for replacements, repairs and services.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (Operations, Legal, MSC, Maintenance, Real Estate, Lease Administration, and Finance) and external stakeholders, including landlords.
- Ensure all landlord-related work performed on behalf of the company is accurately rebilled and recorded in Tango under the allowances tab.
- Monitor and track critical repair dates, ensuring timely communication and resolution with both landlords and internal teams.
- Generate and maintain monthly reports detailing outstanding rebillings and follow up to ensure completion and collection.
- Review and analyze outstanding Verisae tickets on a monthly basis, identifying stale tickets, confirming completion of work, and closing tickets as appropriate.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work with MSC and Maintenance Managers to ensure timely execution and documentation. Leased and Owned sites
- Draft and manage written communications with landlords, ensuring professional and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and manage permission requests related to lease obligations for both tenant and subtenant spaces.
- Review estoppel certificates and coordinate legal approvals and signature processes in collaboration with the Legal department.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

**What you have to offer**:

- An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a DEC and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Previous lease administration experience with other tenants
