**Overview**
The Speech Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages. Our team of professionals is passionate about making a positive impact on our clients' lives, and we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Administrator.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients (in person and virtual)
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain clinic office supplies and equipment
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure efficient workflow

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, or in a similar role
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
