Gentem Inc, a leading company in the thermoplastic industry, is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and ensuring efficient administrative processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Experience in shipping and logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.
- Process and track orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Assist with invoice preparation, billing, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Organize shipping and logistics.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.

**Work Schedule and Compensation**:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, working from our office location. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
