**Summary**
- Creating, editing, and filing documents and reports for office staff and management.
- Assisting with planning meetings and events, including collecting and distributing information, coordinating with vendors, and placing reservations.
- Ordering office supplies and managing daily mail and courier distribution
- Answering telephone calls, taking messages, and coordinating call-backs if required.
- Greeting visitors, assisting them with their questions or inquiries.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, staff, and management.
**Key Skills**
- A professional with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Friendly and can work with other team members.
- Excellent phone skills (screening calls, detailed message taking).
- Proficient computer skills; specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be comfortable with computers & adaptable to different system software.
- Previous experience working in Administrative Support / Reception
- Previous experience in construction industry is an asset.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
