**Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping, Accounting and working with our Accounting Department
- Provides clerical and administrative support to HR and Accounting dept.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees through our training system.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data into the training system
- May be Responsible for supply orders for the corporate office
- Employee File maintenance
- Assist with the administration of HR initiatives
- Assist with basic recruitment process, posting jobs, prescreen
- Coordinate new hire documents
- Complete accurate filing with time sensitivity
- Navigate the scheduling of interviews
- Other projects and duties as required
- Must have strong organization skills, and be detail oriented and reliable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, self motivated
- Ability to work independently and mínimal supervision
- Strong administrative skills
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft 360
- Prefer Two-year College Diploma in Human Resource program
- Minimum two years of secretarial/administrative experience
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment
- Proven analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
