**OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and internal documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing company events.
**Transportation Operations Support**:
- Assist dispatch, operations, and driver teams with documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and driver logs.
- Track and update transportation compliance documents (licenses, permits, insurance, etc.).
**Accounting & Data Entry**:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets.
- Manage petty cash and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
**Customer Service**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate with customers and drivers to resolve delivery or scheduling issues.
- Support company sales efforts with occasional market outreach.
**Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure adherence to Canadian transportation regulations (Transport Canada, provincial rules).
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, safety certifications, and compliance documentation.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:
- College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or trucking.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and transportation management systems (TMS) is an asset.
**Language Skills**:
- Bilingual (English and French) required, both written and spoken.

**APERÇU**:
**RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES**:
**Soutien Administratif**:
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du bureau, y compris les appels téléphoniques, les courriels, la distribution du courrier et le classement.

**Comptabilité et Saisie de Données**:
- Traiter les factures, les bons de commande et les notes de frais. - Participer à la préparation de la paie en recueillant et en vérifiant les feuilles de temps.
- Gérer la petite caisse et participer aux tâches comptables de base.
**Service à la Clientèle**:
- Agir à titre de point de contact principal pour les demandes des clients et fournir des réponses rapides et professionnelles.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Formation**:
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou certificat en administration de bureau, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
**Expérience**:
- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en administration, de préférence dans le transport, la logistique ou le camionnage.
**Compétences techniques**:
- La maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et des systèmes de gestion du transport (TMS) est un atout.
**Compétences linguistiques**:
- Bilingue (anglais et français) requis, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
