Bookkeeper/office Manager

A group of companies headquartered in Coquitlam, BC and Abbotsford, BC. is looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper to work from our Coquitlam office and Abbotsford office. We are a group of companies of two service companies and one wholesale company.
The main responsibilities for this role are as follow:
- Process full-cycle accounts receivable
- Process full-cycle accounts payable
- Conduct bank reconciliation
- Process recurring transactions and recording to accounting systems
- Prepare interim financial statements
- GST/PST/Tax Remittances and WorksafeBC calculation and remittances
- Monitor cost and sell price on timely manner
- Provide support in administration tasks as required
- Assist in improving inventory system
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in bookkeeping process
- Familiar using Sage Accounting program
- Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines
- Attention to detail and always see an opportunity to make workflow more efficient
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
