**Job Overview**
We are looking for a **part-time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day — combining bookkeeping tasks with administrative support — and is eager to learn in a supportive, dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for financial transactions
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is preferred
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
