We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Social Media Content Creator Assistant to join our Marketing team at National Decking. In this role, you’ll support the creation of engaging photo and video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, on-trend content, and brand creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**

Shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media, focusing on Instagram Reels, Facebook & Youtube Video, TikTok, Carousels and Stories

Create visually compelling and brand-consistent Reels using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro

Design supporting graphics, thumbnails, and motion elements using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Write creative, informative captions and calls-to-action to drive engagement.

Monitor trends in audio, hashtags, and content styles to keep the brand relevant and visible.

Organize and maintain a content library of raw footage and edited files

Collaborate with the marketing manager on content calendars and campaign planning

**Qualifications**

Experience with photo and video production (using DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphone cameras)

Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms

A sharp eye for visual storytelling, including lighting, framing, and editing

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Highly creative, organized, and open to constructive feedback
