We are looking for a creative, talented, self-starting **Social Media Coordinator** to join our team and manage our social media accounts for our **MetaBlox **project.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with team members to develop and execute social media strategies aimed toward increasing brand awareness
- Remain up to date on new social media trends
- Work closely with the Community Manager to build the **MetaBlox **community into an engaging, scalable, community resource that drives member engagement and excitement for our brand
- Prospect, develop, and execute campaigns across all social media channels (primary focus: Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram TikTok, etc.)
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, handle talent communication, and share creative briefs with influencers and creators
- Work to improve our social media campaigns and optimize them to drive high-quality traffic and leads through research based on media-related industry trends
- Track the performance of content and analyze the effectiveness of our social media campaigns
- Complement the external creator-lead social media initiatives with in-house content creation for all social media channels (primary focus: Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor paid-Influencer Campaigns to ensure they are reaching targets and create campaign and channel performance reports
- Work closely with our Copywriter on communication content, including blog, website, press releases, and social media posts
- Collaborate with teams on a cross-section of marketing projects, including planning and executing events

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience managing social media or working in a community development role
- Well-read and passionate about Web3, NFT, and Cryptocurrency
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to make things happen
- Exceptional analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in and familiarity with crypto technology and the community
- Native to social media platforms
- A proven record of building a strong presence via social media channels
- A self-starting and ambitious attitude who thrives in a start-up environment
- General understanding of social media ad platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
