**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and editing social media content (both photo/video) that is informative, engaging, brand specific, and aesthetically pleasing
- Establishing and implementing social media strategies that result in growth in awareness and engagement
- Researching current social media trends to implement when appropriate
- Monitoring and responding to the public’s comments and direct messages through social media
- Having an understanding of company products and policies, as to accurately advertise and answer questions
- Analyzing the performance statistics of posts to determine optimal strategies for future social media content creation
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, as well as outside creators and influencers

**Skills & Qualifications**:
We are looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in:

- Managing multiple social media profiles across a variety of platforms
- Designing and editing graphic and video content across all social media channels
- Experience with creating successful social media strategies and social media content calendars
- Understanding of and experience with affiliate marketing programs
- Working with creators and influencers in the space
- End to end posting from - researching, post design & development, scheduling, and publishing and analyzing content
- Experience with creating and analyzing organic and paid promotional campaigns across social media
- Strong writing, editing (photo/video), presentation, and communication skills

Experience with:

- Adobe Creative Suite
- Video Editing
- Canva
- Social Media Scheduling Tools
- Outlook
- Microsoft Office

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 2 years (preferred)
