Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of video content creation and social media management? White Raven Brands, home to Big Star Lights, FestiLight, and Chromaglow, is on the hunt for a passionate and imaginative **Content Creator and Social Media Manager** to lead our video-based storytelling across our vibrant brands.

**Your Role**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft innovative concepts and video ideas that resonate with our brand and audience.
- Manage our social media presence in line with high-level marketing strategies.
- Craft engaging long-form and short-form promotional and educational content.
- Thrive both in front of the camera and behind it, directing and shooting captivating visuals.
- Scriptwriting and storyboarding to ensure compelling narratives and clarity.
- Shoot and produce high-quality video content in a consistent style, focusing on locations, props, and equipment selection.
- Edit and enhance content to meet the company's quality standards.
- Integrate graphics, animations, and visual effects for an enhanced viewer experience.
- Ensure top-notch sound quality, including voiceovers and sound design as necessary.
- Tailor content to suit different platforms and their unique requirements - including their technicalities.
- Stay updated & ahead of industry trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with a diverse team including graphic designers, writers and marketing to create integrated campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide suggestions to enhance our video content.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in film, media production, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise in long-form and short-form video content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design and animation principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative storytelling passion.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of current video content and social media trends.
