Job Duties include:

- Regularly update and maintain inventory pricing within Zoho One to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform data quality checks and verification to ensure the accuracy of SKU numbers and product descriptions in the inventory system.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data, including specifications, attributes, and categorization.
- Adhere to company naming conventions when adding new products to the database, ensuring consistency and clarity in product identification.
- Conduct regular audits of the product database to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams, such as purchasing and sales, to update product information based on changes in specifications, pricing, or availability.
- Evaluate product descriptions and enhance them to improve customer understanding and drive sales conversion.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies and best practices. Process quotes and bid requests from sales representatives, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and pricing details for accurate quoting.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to determine appropriate pricing strategies and positioning.
- Track and analyze bid outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancing the bidding process.

Job Requirements:

- 1-3 years of recent and relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage and update pricing data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

Preference may be given to those who possess the following:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with Zoho One or other similar platforms
- EDI/API/e-Commerce experience
- Bilingualism (English and French)
