We have an opening for a **Project Coordinator** in our **Burnaby** office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project coordination through various project stages, such as design, construction, initiation, and closeout.
- Material takeoffs, procurement, pickup coordination, and reconciliation.
- Management of material inventory, pricing, and purchase orders.
- Construction coordination, scheduling, and putting together construction packages.
- Project tracking using various project management tools.
- Preparing proposal documents and contracts using Microsoft Office.
- Coordination of property rights.
- Managing customer invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Maintaining project revenue and expense budgets and schedules, including project setup, change orders, and project closeout.
- Management of monthly financial processes, including income statements, variance reports, accruals, and work-in-progress.
- Processing employee timesheets and expense reports.
- General office administration, including mail, scanning, filing, courier, credit cards, and vehicles.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to develop business relationships conducted in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proven ability to innovate, adapt, and contribute to evolving processes in a constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and drive for improvement.

**Additional Assets**:

- Education or experience in project coordination/administration/management, accounting, or estimating.
- Exposure to consulting engineering, utilities, land development, or construction industries.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel pivot tables and macros.
- Experience with project management software.
- Experience with Acumatica or other enterprise resource management (ERP) software.
- Class 5 driver’s license.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
