**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Site Superintendent, the **Project Site Coordinator** plays a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with precision.

This role involves both **administrative and technical coordination**, including managing budgets, documentation, project schedules, and financial records, while also supporting communication between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. You will help ensure that construction activities run smoothly and that quality and safety standards are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Manager with overall project coordination and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and municipal departments.
- Manage the **change order process**: pricing, negotiating, processing, and assessing cost and schedule impacts.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address issues.
- Administer RFI (Requests for Information) and shop drawing processes.
- Maintain contractual records and responsibilities with subcontractors.
- Support project close-out, including document archiving, deficiency management, warranty tracking, and manual preparation.
- Oversee and reinforce compliance with **health & safety standards** on-site.
- Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related fields is an asset.
- Previous experience as a **Project Coordinator or Site Coordinator** in the construction industry required.
- Experience in **real estate development, design-build, or general contracting** is preferred.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and maintain schedules and step-by-step project action plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of **cost estimating and quantity takeoffs**.
- Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as **all Microsoft Office Software**.
- Experience with **Microsoft Project Schedule software** is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
