**About Us**:
We’re a growing mechanical engineering design firm with a focus on delivering smart, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection solutions across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. To support our expanding project portfolio, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Project Coordinator** to help keep our teams organized and our projects running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to facilitate communication and resolve any project-related issues
- Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and office admin.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, submittals, and change orders
- Track budgets, expenses, and project milestones
- Assist in preparing proposals, and client communications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather required information
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and industry regulations
- Support in managing subcontractor coordination

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, ideally within an engineering or construction environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in both English, Mandarin or Cantonese is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Experience using AutoCAD or Revit is a bonus, but not required
