We are currently seeking a passionate **Administrative Sales Assistant**for our **exterior division, Jardin de Ville**at our **Toronto concept store located in North York on Caledonia Road.**

**You are the right person for this position if you thrive doing these tasks**:

- Greeting customers and responding to questions and inquiries ;
- Interacting with customers, in a professional manner and going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction;
- Coordinating and managing the reception desk;
- Being a team player and assuring administrative support to the Sales team (ex: prepares quotes and sales contracts, take payments, prepare transfers of inventory, etc.);
- Assisting the Showroom Manager in his daily tasks.

**Do you have what the HOME SOCIÉTÉ team is looking for?**
- Strong customer service skills;
- A minimum of **2 years’ experience in a similar role;**:

- You demonstrate good verbal and written skills;
- You know how to manage priorities;

- At ease with inventory operating systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
