**Office Services Clerk**
We are looking for a full-time Office Services Clerk to join our team. This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and loves working in a team-environment.

**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail, preparing courier deliveries, and distributing office deliveries;
- Assisting various practice groups, legal professionals, and administrative departments with photocopying, binding, scanning, and faxing;
- Performing conflict checks, file opening, and file closing;
- Maintaining inventory of office and coffee room supplies,
- Managing boardroom bookings and meetings;
- Assisting with records keeping and library orders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Strong communication and people skills;
- Ability to set priorities while dealing with conflicting deadlines;
- Previous office services experience will considered an asset.

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
