Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Oversee office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies - Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to improve overall productivity - Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers - Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical - Assist in training development for new employees - Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or office management role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience supervising a team is preferred - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
