Project Coordinator-office Furniture Dealership

**Envirotech is Canada's largest dealer of Remanufactured Office Furnishings. We are growing again and need a Project Coordinator to join our team.**
As a Project Coordinator, your goal will be to ensure that all customer service activities within the customer service dept. are performed effectively and efficiently to provide excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Client-driven and an effective problem solver, you deliver outstanding results accurately and in a timely fashion, with knowledge and integrity. Your prime objective is to communicate with clients, vendors, sales reps and installers to coordinate activities relating to the successful delivery & installation of all orders and projects to completion. Importantly, you will focus all actions and activities towards sustaining Envirotech’s leadership position in achieving the highest level of service to our customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will have accountability and responsibility for:
- Scheduling orders, in coordination with Production, Client & Installation requirements
- On large projects, liaising with all parties involved to ensure requested dates are met, booking docks, elevators, meeting scheduling requirements
- Effectively working with Sales Reps to ensure transfer of information on projects for coordination
- Preparing and organizing delivery & installation packages for installers, with customized requirements
- Following up on orders to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintenance of Outstanding Order Report for accurate and updated information on outstanding orders
- Cooperative working relationship with all departments within Envirotech to promote an exceptional client experience
- Working for Continuous Improvement in all our processes, you work with all departments within Envirotech to initiate and encourage open communication, dialogue and change
- Back-up for all other Customer Service Coordinator activities, Order Entry, Vendor Invoicing, filing, etc.

You are proficient with computers, Team Design, Project-Spec, Sharepoint, and Excel. Communication and people skills are best in the field
**Education and Experience**:
Must have post secondary education.
Your background includes**:5 Years experience in commercial office furniture**. You also require strong organizational and communication skills.
**PERFORMANCE CRITERIA**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with sales staff and clients to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. A skilled problem solver who is open-minded and flexible, you are mindful of cost-effectiveness while still solving client issues to their satisfaction. Organized and conscientious regarding follow-through, and able to prioritize, you will consistently deliver results. Disciplined and thorough, you possess a sense of urgency for productivity and performance.
**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
