**The Role: Fractional Marketing Manager (Growth + Performance)**

We’re hiring a Fractional Marketing Manager to own and scale our growth engine across paid media, funnels, creative, and reporting.

This is a hybrid player/coach role:

- In some areas you may self-perform execution
- In other areas you may manage an agency and contractors

The split will depend on your strengths and weekly time availability — our goal is to build the most effective system possible.

You will be accountable for results, momentum, and clarity.

**Hours & Compensation**
- 10-25 hours/week, flexible
- Monthly retainer contract

**What You’ll Own**

1) Growth Strategy + Weekly Operating System
- Build weekly priorities and sprint plans
- Maintain a clear backlog of experiments (what we’re testing, why, expected outcome)
- Drive consistent testing cadence (creative + funnel)

2) Paid Media Performance (Meta + Google)
- Own outcomes across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Campaign builds, optimizations, and creative testing may be executed by you, OR
- executed by an agency/contractor you manage
- Drive improvements to ROAS/MER, CPA, CTR, landing page conversion rate

3) Funnel + Landing Page Performance (CRO)
- Improve performance of RV and General landing pages
- Identify friction points and testing opportunities
- Brief and manage web/funnel contractors as needed
- Ensure tracking supports decision-making (GA4, pixels, etc.)

4) Creative Pipeline Management
- Create clear creative briefs and angles (hooks, proof points, offers, objections)
- Coordinate production with designers, video editors, UGC creators, etc.
- Ensure consistent creative refresh to prevent ad fatigue

5) Reporting + Insights
- Build/maintain performance reporting across:

- Shopify + Meta + Google + GA4
- Turn data into weekly decisions:

- what to scale
- what to pause
- what to test next

**What We’re Looking For**

Required:

- Strong experience in ecommerce growth (Shopify preferred)
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and conversion funnels
- Strong analytical thinking (you understand why performance changes)
- Ability to manage projects and external teams (agency + contractors)
- Clear communicator who can operate in a founder-led business

Nice to have:

- Meta campaign builds & optimizations
- Google Search / Shopping / Performance Max
- basic creative iterations (Canva/Figma) and ad concept development
- Familiarity with Klaviyo lifecycle marketing
- Experience marketing products across Canada + US

**How Success Will Be Measured**

Within 30-60 days:

- Clear weekly execution system in place
- Strong increase in creative and funnel testing velocity
- Improved clarity and decision-making through reporting

Within 90+ days:

- More stable and predictable acquisition performance
- Better MER/ROAS consistency
- Founder less involved in day-to-day marketing coordination

blokDEK designs and sells premium modular decking systems that install fast, look high-end, and are built for portability — ideal for RV + backyard customers across Canada and the USA.

We’re not starting from scratch. We have an active ad account, creative learnings from 2025, and clear product-market fit signals. Now we need a fractional marketing leader to bring structure, increase testing velocity, and drive consistent growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $2,500.00-$5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
