HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm
COMPENSATION: $70,000-$90,000 based on experience
REPORTS TO: VP Marketing & Operations
NO AGENCIES OR FRACTIONAL MARKETING - This is a full time permanent position.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Media Buyer to join our dynamic team and enhance our advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital media buying to design and implement comprehensive Pay Per Click (PPC and CPC) strategies that align with our marketing objectives. In addition to buying, optimizing, and analyzing media, creating persuasive ad copy, and directing the execution of static and video assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign and Budget Management
- Develop and execute content for paid ads, including writing ad copy and directing the execution of static and video assets to enhance audience engagement.
- Formulate comprehensive PPC strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience profiles, with an emphasis on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram platforms.
- Manage the execution of PPC campaigns across various platforms, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Continuously track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to inform future planning.
- Implement testing strategies, such as A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize ad performance, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Strategically allocate budgets for each campaign and monitor spending to ensure maximum ROI while adhering to overall budget limits.
- Flexibility to extend media buying efforts to traditional platforms like billboards based on business needs.
Performance Analysis
- Leverage analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to derive insights on user behaviour and inform future campaign strategies across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Ensure all advertisements comply with platform policies and best practices, minimizing risks of ad disapproval and account suspension.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge.
Collaboration and Strategy
- Use to manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing key words and optimize ad relevance.
- Collaborate with marketing web development and design teams to create and optimize landing pages that facilitate higher conversion rates.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Medical Physicians Board regulations regarding advertising and marketing practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in managing and executing paid social campaigns, with strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Advanced proficiency in content creation and optimization for Ad Tech platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in staying current with advertising and media trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent critical thinking abilities to develop and implement effective campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate and influence across diverse teams
