We are a growing performance-based marketing agency seeking a skilled and client-focused **Relationship Manager** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural ability to anticipate client needs.

**About the Role**

As a Marketing Agency Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients across Canada and the United States. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth experience for our clients by responding to their day-to-day needs, coordinating with internal teams to execute marketing strategies, and developing proactive relationships that foster trust and long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as their main point of contact.
- Respond promptly to daily inquiries, requests, and support needs.
- Oversee the execution of marketing strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Identify opportunities to add value and anticipate client needs before they arise.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to align on project timelines and priorities.
- Track client progress and satisfaction to support retention and growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and industry.

**Qualifications**
- Marketing Degree or Equivalent
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or marketing coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and digital marketing platforms is a strong asset.
