**A Master of Efficiency - **Are you proactive in keeping things organized, fanatic about procedure and enjoy a steady workflow with the ability to multi-task?

- Are you keen to follow detail, systems and procedures? Do you have superior language and grammar skills?

**A Techie** - Are you proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel? Bonus points to knowing the basics of Docusign, Adobe InDesign, and Paragon.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Diligently coordinate real estate transactions including inputting & activating new listings, monitoring deadlines in Agreements of Purchase & Sale and communicating electronically with agents, lawyers, lenders, our Brokerage, and clients
- Nurture team and client connection by assisting with planning & implementation of client events
- Training & support for client coordinator role to cover vacation
- Collect and input stats and data for monthly reports and invoicing
- Coordinate/confirm showing requests for team listings
- Create templated marketing materials
- Track and maintain a variety of company statistics

- Starting base salary of $45-50k + incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
