**A Master in CRM (Follow up Boss)**- You enjoy overseeing and running CRM systems that are meticulously organized and optimized for seamless client communication. Keeping everything within the CRM on track and running smoothly.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Diligently coordinate and handle details pertaining to real estate paperwork including inputting and activating new listings, processing sales, monitoring deadlines in accepted offers and communicating electronically with agents, lawyers, lenders, and clients with professionalism.
- Draft standardized documents in Webforms including but not limited to offers, listing paperwork and buyer documents.
- Manage and maintain the client database, send drip campaigns, monitor action plans, know our CRM, Follow Up Boss, inside out.
- Nurture team and client connection by assisting in planning and executing fun client and team events
- Collect and input stats and data for monthly reports and invoicing
- Coordinate/confirm showing requests for team listings with agents and clients
- Create templated marketing materials
- Track and maintain a variety of company statistics

- Base salary starting between $47k - $57k depending on experience with ability to move up after 3 months depending on proficiency, + incentives

**Applicant Must**:

- **Live in Greater Halifax**
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- **Have a minimum 2 years administrative experience**
- Be able to start right away or no later than April 7th 2025

**Previous knowledge or work experience in the real estate industry considered a strong asset.**
